The Sleep of Reason Produces MONSTERS (revisited)
The name and inspiration for this piece comes from a woodcut done in 1799. The image is much different than the original but the theme remains the same.
The Forest Print
This was created by scanning individual objects and manipulating them in Photoshop. For this image I used a necklace, a metal case, a nonstick pad from my kitchen drawer, two cloth napkins, large fern leaves, and several small cloth leaves
Dragon Head Fern
The basis of this image comes from Baq-Stock at Deviant Art. I thought the fern was such an amazing image and it reminded me of an Asian style dragon. I rendered the dragon head in Daz 3D.
Floral Branches Print
This was created by scanning a variety of objects and then manipulating them. In this image I scanned a wig, a mask, chopped lettuce, a cloth napkin, a dishtowel, a floral print scarf and a necklace. Created in Photoshop CS2.
